Dye & Durham has been recognised by a panel of judges for its innovative service, BuildX, that supports new build conveyancing teams by reducing the average local authority search time from 25 days down to just a few minutes.
With turnaround times for a local authority search ranging from two to 70 days, depending on the area, Dye & Durham introduced the BuildX service into its ordering platform in 2022 to help tackle the challenge head-on. The result is a game-changing service for developers and conveyancers, with time spans reduced from days to minutes.
